This will be my 19th year teaching and 16th year in 4th grade at Conway. I couldn’t ask for a better place to be! I love building relationships with my students and supporting them as they learn and explore new ideas. I graduated from Missouri State with my bachelor’s degree in 2000. I started my teaching career in 2nd grade at St. Richard's in Creve Coeur for two years. After that, I worked at Ladue Middle School as an assistant for 8th grade. The following year, I found my home here at Conway, teaching 4th grade. After I started teaching at Conway, I decided to continue to school to pursue my master’s degree in education at Lindenwood University. I received my degree in 2006.
I married my wonderful husband in the summer of 2010 and we couldn’t be happier! Brandon and I are also having the time of our lives with our two children, Maddon and Kylie. It’s amazing how much love these two bring to our lives!
When I am not at school, I spend my free time relaxing with my husband and playing with my 8 year old son, Maddon, 6 year old daughter, Kylie, and our new puppy, Sky! I enjoy going for walks, shopping, and reading. I also enjoy spending time with my parents, four sisters, and all of my nieces and nephews. I am lucky that most of them all live nearby and that we are able to have many family gatherings throughout the year.
